The Oath of Transformation

I recognize that I am the sole author of my current reality and the only one capable of rewriting my future. I deny the comfort of excuses and the safety of comfortability.  Starting now, I take full command of my choices, my reactions, and my results.

I commit to facing transformation with courage. I will not look away from the aspects of myself that are difficult to acknowledge. I give Coach Rob, and myself, permission to challenge my deepest beliefs I hold about myself, knowing that this friction will completely transform me not only for myself, but for my family, my friends, my colleagues, and my community.

I understand that transformation is not an addition, but a refinement. I am willing to let go of the identities, habits, and beliefs that no longer serve my highest purpose. I accept that I must kill off my old self to be reborn into my new potential.

I will be a practitioner of change and commit to the 'Crucible' of this work, knowing that insight without action is merely a dream. When I stumble, I will return to this path with greater resolve, fueled by the discipline of the warrior and the curiosity of the seeker.

I am here to transcend. I am here to lead. I am here to become who I was meant to be before the world told me who I should be. This is my word… this is my bond.
